Terms & Conditions

By booking hot desking or meeting room services with us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or require clarifications, please contact us before making your booking.

  1. Customers must be 18 years of age or older to book and use our hot desking and meeting room services.

  2. Dogs or any other animals are strictly prohibited from entering the hot desk area. Clients and their guests must not bring pets or animals onto the premises, including but not limited to dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles. Failure to comply may result in the client being asked to vacate the premises without refund and may incur additional cleaning or damages fees.

Hot Desking. What is included?

  1. You are entitled to one desk space only. If you have a visitor that requires a desk, please book another desk online in advance.

  2. Hot Desking provides Wifi, desk, chair, British Standard plugs and daytime parking. It does not provide additional office equipment (screens, mouse/pad, keyboard etc.).

Meeting Room. What is included?

  1. The Meet Room provides, Wifi, a conference table, 3 desks, 9 chairs, British Standard plugs, tea & coffee facilities, daytime parking, projector and flip chart. It does not provide additional office equipment (screens, mouse/pad, keyboard etc.).

Access and timings

  1. Check in and check out at the Reception & Shop. This is so we’re aware of who is on site, for fire safety. Directions to the Reception & Shop can be downloaded via our website.

  2. When accessing The Work Nook, do not give others access. Everyone entering the building must be booked in.

  3. Once you book & pay for a desk or meeting room, you have access to that service between the hours of 9:00am -16:30 on the day of your booking.

  4. You also have use of the kitchen area, with fridge, kettle, and tea & coffee making facilities. This is a communal kitchen with other tenants and customers, of The Work Nook, making use of the space. We ask you wash up any items you use and leave it to dry on the side. In general, please leave the space how you found it, clean and tidy, so everyone can enjoy the facilities.

  5. The items available for The Work Nook are in cupboards clearly labeled “The Work Nook”. Feel free to use the mugs, glasses and drink facilities made available to you.

  6. The Work Nook is in a first-floor office space, with stairwell & railings. At this time, it does not have a lift.

  7. You can access our office printing services. A4 printing start at 10p per sheet and A3 at 20p per sheet. If you need to print something, please email to and collect the print from the Reception & Shop. Please know, that we have a standard office printer and not a professional photo printer!

  8. You cannot store any extra equipment on site (e.g. screens, keyboards, chairs etc) without prior agreement.

  9. Clients have free use of the WiFi, look for the code on each desk! It will change on occasion.

  10. Parking is available for no additional fee. Car Park E, D or C are available for day time parking. Allocated parking is not given and due to others working and parking on Pineapple Estate, you may not have a parking space directly outside the unit. No overnight parking is permitted and the landowner is not responsible for any theft or damage.

Booking Confirmation:

  1. All bookings for hot desking and meeting room hire are confirmed upon receipt of payment or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  2. Payment:

  3. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

  4. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

  5. Cancellation Policy:

  6. Cancellations made at least 2 working days (48 hours, Mon – Fri ) before the booking date will receive a full refund minus a £10 administrative fee.

  7. Cancellations made less than 2 working days (48 hours, Mon – Fri ) before the booking date, are not eligible for a refund.

Booking Changes:

  1. Changes to bookings, including date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

  2. Any changes made within the two-week cancellation period may incur additional charges.

Usage Guidelines:

  1. Hot desking and meeting room facilities are to be used for legitimate business purposes only.

  2. Clients are responsible for the behaviour of their guests and ensuring they comply with facility rules and regulations.

Facility Access:

  1. Clients must vacate the premises promptly at the end of their booked time slot, unless prior arrangements have been made.

  2. You cannot have post delivered to The Work Nook unless you have paid for this service - please speak to a member of staff if this is something you require.

Damages and Liability:

  1. Clients are liable for any damages caused to the facilities, equipment, or property during their booking period.

  2. The hot desking company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of its facilities unless due to negligence on its part.

Security and Confidentiality:

  1. Clients are responsible for the security of their belongings and confidential information while using the facilities.

  2. The hot desking company will take reasonable measures to ensure the security of its premises but cannot be held responsible for losses or theft.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  1. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings unless agreed upon in writing.
