Cancellation Policy

Community Lab Terms & Conditions 1. Purpose of the Community Lab The Community Lab is provided as a shared space for volunteers to carry out approved activities safely and responsibly. By accessing the lab, all users agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. 2. Access & Operating Hours The lab may only be used during pre-booked periods between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Users must collect the lab key from Reception before entering. If you are the last person leaving the lab, you must lock the door and return the key to Reception. The lab must remain locked whenever it is unattended, regardless of booking status. 3. CCTV & Security CCTV is in operation within the lab for the safety of all users and to ensure respectful and appropriate use of equipment. By entering the lab, you consent to being recorded on CCTV. All users must comply with any security instructions issued by Pineapple Estate management. 4. Equipment Use Only communal equipment may be used. These items are clearly marked and stored in labelled cupboards. Personal equipment must not be stored in the lab. Equipment must be handled with care and used only for its intended purpose. Any damage, faults, or missing items must be reported to Reception immediately or info@pineappleestate.co.uk 5. Conduct & Responsibilities Users must be respectful of others working in the space. The lab must be left clean, tidy, and in good condition after each session. Do not remove communal equipment or supplies from the lab. Food and drink can be stored and consumed in the kitchen area of the lab building, but are prohibited from entering the lab work space. This is to avoid contamination. 6. Age Restrictions Users under 18 years old are not permitted in the lab unless express permission has been granted by Pineapple Estate management. 7. Safety & Compliance All users must follow posted safety guidelines and any instructions from staff. Unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension of access privileges. In case of an emergency, follow the evacuation procedures displayed in the lab. 8. Breach of Terms Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in: Immediate removal from the lab, Suspension or removal of access rights, Additional actions as deemed necessary by Pineapple Estate management.
