Please read in conjunction with our normal Terms and Conditions, prior to booking and or staying at Pineapple Estate Campsite
Pineapple Estate take the responsibility of its guests and staff seriously and although the 19th July saw the removal of most Government imposed restrictions, we will still be keeping some precautions in place for everyone's well being.
The Estate is signed up to the rapid testing scheme, with all team members carrying out regular tests.
These protocols are set to inform Pineapple Estate staff and guests on measures that are in place around social distancing on the campsite, from booking your stay through to your departure.
All guests are requested to inform Pineapple Estate Campsite on 01308 488 280 if they have displayed any symptoms within 7 days prior to their stay on site. If a test has been taken and returned positive, the management will require the guest to cancel and rebook at a later date when all members of the party have tested negative. This rescheduled booking is to take place before the 30th September 2021.
All the site toilets and showers are open to all guests, however this may change without notice. The welcome hut, including communal fridge and freezer and hot water washing up, is also available, but again may change without notice. All pitches have access to individual electric and water hook ups. A chemical and grey water waste disposal area is available for use.
Dogs on Site
The orchard next to the campsite will available to guest who are welcome to use it, but are responsible for their own social distancing for themselves and their dogs. The wildlife area is open.
The boundaries of grass pitches have been marked and guests MUST ensure they do not stray over their boundary or pitch closer than 2m to their neighbor.
Arrival times have been altered to allow additional time between stays to allow pitches to ‘air’. Arrival time is now 14:00, departure time remains 11:00.
